¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Sri Savitra Vardhan Singh, learned Advocate, has filed affidavit of compliance on behalf of opposite party no.1, the same is taken on record.

¶3Sri Savitra Vardhan Singh has stated that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

¶4Learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid fact.

¶5Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed.
