State of U.P. and Others, under Rule 258 of U.P. Panchaytat Raj Act, 1947 but the same has not been disposed of till date, therefore he prays for a direction for expeditious disposal of the same within some stipulated period as fixed by this Court. Perusal of the order sheet annexed by the petitioner w.e.f.

01.05.2023 onwards indicates that on all the five dates the order sheet of which has been annexed, the lawyers were on strike, therefore the case could not be taken up. In view of above, when the petitioner himself is not assisting the court in disposal of the case, no direction can be issued.
