¶1The Counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his grievance before the Civil Court, where the litigation is pending in between the parties.

¶2In view of the abovesaid statement, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, dismissal of the writ petition will not come in the way of the petitioner seeking appropriate relief before the Civil Court where the litigation is pending, if so advised.
