Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed Regular Suit No.652 of 2018 for permanent injunction alongwith the application for interim injunction under Order-39, Rule-1&2 C.P.C. Neither the application has been disposed of nor the suit has been disposed of, therefore he has approached this Court with a prayer for direction for expeditious disposal of application under Order-39, Rule 1&2 C.P.C. Perusal of the order sheet indicates that notice has still not been served on all the defendants and on the last date the steps were directed to be taken both ways for service on defendant nos.2&3 and the written statement has been filed by the defendant no.1. On a query being put, learned counsel for the petitioner shows ignorance about taking steps in pursuance of the last dates order. Even the photo copy of the certified copy of the order annexed by the petitioner as annexure no.4 does not indicate as to which date's order has been annexed. Learned counsel for the petitioner also could not point out as to on which date the said order was passed. No other order sheet has been annexed. In view of above, this petition has been filed in a very casual manner, in which no direction can be issued.
