¶1Petitioner has approached this Court for mandamus directing the State respondents not to disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner's land gata no.200 measuring 3583.7 sq. ft. situated at village Togpur, Sahadatganj, Tehsil Sadar, District-Ayodhya.

¶2On written instructions, learned Standing Counsel states that the petitioner's land is not being interfered in any manner by the State authority.
