¶1Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that his agricultural land was demarcated under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and, thereafter, he was also put in possession in the year 2021. Now, certain private respondents are interfering in his possession and have also disturbed the boundary marks.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel states that the petitioner has statutory alternative remedy either to file an application under Section 227 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 or to file appropriate suit for injunction.
