¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for providing Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- with effect from

13.01.2013 and Grade Pay of Rs.7600/- with effect from

13.01.2019 admissible to petitioner under the first and second A.C.P. benefits. Further prayer for payment of difference of salary due to aforesaid revision with effect from 13.01.2019 has also been sought.

¶3For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 09.10.2023 before the authority concerned. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer with regard to final decision on the same.

¶4Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, opposite party no.2 i.e. The Director, Animal Husbandry U.P. , Lucknow is directed to consider and decide representation of petitioner dated 09.10.2023 expeditiously within a period of eight weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before authority concerned along with a copy of said representation.
