Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that private respondent nos. 4 and 5 are interfering and restraining her from raising construction over her property and respondent no. 3 is also supporting them. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions states that Police Authorities are only trying to maintain law and order on spot. The said statement is taken on record. Petitioner has an alternative remedy to file a suit against the private respondents. With the aforesaid liberty, petition is disposed of .
