¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2Office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.1. Sri Krishna Kumar Singh, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.2 and Sri Sudhanshu Chauhan, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 3.

¶3The petitioner claims that while holding the post of Seasonal Lipik, which is a Class-III post, he retired from service on

31.07.2022 but entire post retiral dues of the petitioner has not been paid. The petitioner has repeatedly requested to the respondents to ensure payment of entire retiral dues but no payment has been made till date.

¶4Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the payment shall be made within a very short span of time.

¶5In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no.3 to release the entire retiral dues to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
