¶1The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that despite an order being passed, the same is not being implemented.

¶2Considering the fact that power of compliance vests with the Tehsildar, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move appropriate application for compliance of the order dated 22.03.2023.
