Present writ petition has been preferred with the following main prayer:- " Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 4 i.e. Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation Authority empowered vide notification dated

04.08.2022, to decide the reference of the petitioner bearing Reference/Misc. Case No. 165 of 2011 filed under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, within the some prescribed period, annexed as annexure no. 2 to this petition." Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4-Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation Authority, Aliganj, Lucknow to consider and decide the reference of the petitioner bearing Reference/Misc Case No. 165 of 2011 as early as possible say within a period of four months from the production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. In case petitioner seeks any unnecessary adjournments, benefit of this order would not be available to him.
