¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1, and Sri Neerav Chitravanshi, learned counsel for respondents no.2 to 4.

¶2Admittedly, against the impugned order of removal dated

06.07.2023, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing of an appeal before the next higher authority which, as per Sri Neerav Chitravanshi, learned counsel for the respondents, is the Chairman of the Corporation.

¶3Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of two weeks from today. In case such an appeal is filed within the time specified the appellate authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the appeal along with certified copy of this order.
