¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Although, petition has been filed challenging order dated

12.09.2023 suspending petitioner from service on two allegations levelled against him but learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has already been provided charge sheet dated 22.09.2023 to which he has already submitted reply on 28.09.2023 and therefore restricts his prayer for early disposal of enquiry proceedings.

¶3Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, opposite party no.2 & 4 i.e. District Magistrate, Mankapur District, Gonda and Tahsildar, Mankapur District, Gonda respectively are directed to jointly expedite enquiry proceedings against petitioner instituted by means of charge sheet dated 22.09.2023 and final orders pertaining to same shall be passed within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority subject to petitioner's cooperation in early conclusion of the proceedings.
