¶1Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated

05.10.2013 whereby in a miscellaneous appeal, the injunction order passed by the Civil Court was confirmed.

¶2When the matter was entertained, steps were directed to be taken to serve respondent nos.3 & 4 in the year 2013. No steps have been taken till date.

¶3Even otherwise, from the order impugned, no good ground for interference is made out.
