Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, who prays for adjournment, however considering the fact that the present matter relates to the year 2014, the request for adjournment of the case is rejected. Even otherwise, on perusal of the record, it appears that the objections under Section 47 of C.P.C. were dismissed and the revision against the same was also came to be dismissed. Thus, prima facie, nothing appears to be surviving in the matter. More so, no interim order was passed in favour of the petitioners. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
