Substitution application filed on behalf of other applicants is allowed. Delay in filing substitution application is condoned. Let the necessary substitution be carried out during course of the day. (Order on memo of petition) Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. Learned counsel for petitioner argues that after the decision of dismissal, an application was filed at the appellate stage on which the impugned order dated 28.11.2013 was passed rejecting the said application. On perusal of the order, it is revealed that by means of amendment application, the petitioner has sought addition of three issues. The appellate court has rightly held that there was no provision for addition of issues as was sought through the amendment application and the said application, in view of the court also deserves to be rejected and was rightly rejected.
