This application u/s 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the direction to opposite party No.1 i.e. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 16, Sultanpur expedite the proceedings of Criminal Cse No. 364 of 2020 (State Vs. Ganga Bux and others) arising out of N.C.R. No. 41/2019, under Sections 323, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Jagdishpur, District Amethi, pending in the Court of opposite party No.1 since 28.01.2020. Learned A.G.A. has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant. In the facts and circumstances of the case the court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.
