¶1An illness slip has been filed by the counsel for the petitioner, however, as the matter is very old, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter.

¶2The proceedings have been filed challenging interlocutory orders passed under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC as well as the order of dismissal passed by the revisional Court.
