The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 27.01.2014 passed by Additional District Judge/Special Judge, E.C. Act, Faizabad in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 32 of 2013 and the order dated 21.08.2012 passed by Civil Judge (SD) First, Faizabad in O.S. No. 206 of 1995 as contained in Annexure Nos. 1 and 2 respectively.

(ii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party not to proceed to raise construction over the land Gata No. 2826 situated in Faizabad, Tehsil Sadar, District Faizabad." From the perusal of record it is clear that the proceeding arises out of decision of an injunction application. It is informed by the counsel for the petitioners that the suit is still pending. On perusal of the impugned order, no interference is called for at this stage, however, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Court below to decide the Suit No. 206 of 1995, if the same is pending till date.
