Heard Shri Iqbal Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition has been filed for a direction for disposal of Civil Suit No.322 of 2021 (Smt. Poonam Dixit Vs. Pradeep Kumar Tripathi) at an early date. Perusal of the order sheet indicates that after filing of the written statement the case is being fixed for evidence of the petitioner and she is getting the case adjourned on one or the other ground, therefore when the petitioner herself is not pursuing and assisting the Court, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction for disposal of the case of 2021 merely on asking.
