This court had passed the following order on 11.10.2023:- "Ms. Mithlesh Singh, learned counsel for the respondent raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has impleaded the deceased persons as opposite party nos. 4 and 5. Sri Shivam Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it appears that inadvertently they have been impleaded therefore the case may be adjourned to enable him to seek instructions and take appropriate steps. As prayed, list on 13.10.2023 as fresh." Shri Shivam Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh after impleading all the necessary parties. To which there is no objection by Shri Mithlesh Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned Standing Counsel. In view of above the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as aforesaid.
