(3) Learned A.G.A., on the basis of short counter affidavit says that the Final Report dated 22.04.2023, has been prepared and sent to the Supervisory Authority.

(4) In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Supervisory Authority to file the Final Report in Court, if any, already filed within four weeks.
