¶1No one present on behalf of the petitioner even in the revised list.

¶2The petition has been filed alleging that although the petitioner was recommended for allotment of the fare price shop, the same was illegally and arbitrarily rejected by the District Magistrate.

¶3Considering the fact that the rejection is of the year 2019, the allotment must have already been made, even otherwise, merely because the name of the petitioner was recommended, it does not give any vested rights to the petitioner for allotment of fair price shop.
