¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to take a decision with regard to holding a Medical Board to re-examine petitioner.

¶3It has been submitted that petitioner while working on the post of Constable in the Railway Protection Force, lost the use of index finger of the right hand whereafter she was declared medically fit but is requesting for holding of re-medical examination for which purpose petitioner's representation is still pending consideration.
