In pursuance of directions issued earlier on 6th October, 2023, learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions and submits that inquiry pending against petitioner has already attained finality with passing of order dated 11th October, 2023. A copy of the order has been provided to learned counsel for petitioner. In view of aforesaid prayer No.1 challenging suspension order has become infructuous. With regard to prayer No.2 regarding payment of admissible subsistence allowance, petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before concerned opposite party. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by a reasoned and speaking order within with period of 15 days from the date a copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
