This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District-Pratapgarh to conclude the trial of Criminal Case No.1623 of 2017 (State of U.P. Versus Bhuvneshwar Nath Mishra and Others) arising out of Case Crime No.123 of 2007, under sections 223, 224, 225, 394 IPC, relating to Police Station-Aspur Devsara, District-Pratapgarh, expeditiously within the period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. Learned A.G.A. has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. In the facts and circumstances of the case the lower court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties from the date of filing of the certified copy of this order, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.
