¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents and Sri Harendra Pratap Singh, Advocate who has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite party no. 3, which is taken on record.

¶2Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the petitioner has disclosed the name of the victim which is against the law settled by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and Section 228 (A) of the I.P.C.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset prays that this petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh.
