¶1Present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to remove the illegal encroachment made over Chakroad Land bearing Gata no.688/0.0350 Hectare situated at Village - Purab Patti, Bhanaipur, Pargana and Tehsil -Patti, District - Pratapgarh, in the interest of justice. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to make proposed construction of Chakroad Land bearing Gata no.688/0.0350 Hectare situated at Village - Purab Patti, Bhanaipur, Pargana and Tehsil -Patti, District - Pratapgarh, on its original place after demarcating the same, in the interest of justice. ......"

¶2Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code have already been initiated vide Case Nos.T202302570406289 & T202302570406228. The instructions are taken on record.

¶3In view of the statement, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondents to conclude the proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code vide Case Nos.T202302570406289 & T202302570406228 with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months.
