¶1Heard Dr. Ved Prakash, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Rishabh Kapoor, learned counsel for opposite parties.

¶2The petitioner claims to have retired on 31.10.2022, but till date except for GPF amount nothing else has been paid.

¶3In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off with the directions that the opposite party nos. 1 and 2 shall calculate/determine the post retiral dues i.e. GIS, encashment and gratuity payable to the petitioner and pay the admissible dues as per law positively within a period of two months and while doing so they shall also take a decision as regards the interest payable on the delayed amount as per provisions in the rules and orders in this regard from the date it became due and till date it is actually paid.
