¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Present writ petition has been filed by petitioner for a mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to consider and decide the claim of petitioner.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has provided a copy of order dated 07.06.2023 to learned counsel for petitioner today in Court by which claim of petitioner is already rejected.

¶4Learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order.
