¶1Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the provisional assessment order dated 10.05.2022 passed by respondents.

¶2Learned counsel for respondents has provided the copy of final assessment order dated 22.08.2022 to the petitioner today in Court.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the final assessment order or to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
