¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Shikhar Anand, learned counsel for respondent no.2 and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner's only grievance is that as per his application he has asked for a certified list of persons who were granted flood relief in village-Rewali. He states that by order dated 25.01.2023 it was stated that he can visit office of Tehsidar concerned at any working day and receive the list but the same is not being provided to the petitioner as yet.

¶3In the given facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no.4 Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kaisarganj, District Bahraich is directed to ensure that the aforesaid list is provided to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
