¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned

¶2Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has moved an application for allotment of a house under Prime Minister Awas Scheme, which is pending for consideration.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that grievance of petitioner would be sufÏciently met, in case aforesaid claim/application of petitioner is considered and decided in a time bound manner.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made.

¶5In view thereof, without entering into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.3/Chief Development OfÏcer, Pratapgarh to consider and decide the application of petitioner, in accordance with law, by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon him.
