It is the case of the petitioner that the claim for compensation has been rejected by the Insurance Company on 07.05.2019 against which, the petitioner has moved a representation/appeal to the Committee headed by the District Magistrate on 03.04.2023. The said representation/appeal of the petitioner is still pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Committee headed by the District Magistrate concerned to decide the representation/appeal of the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
