The successive writ petitions filed by the petitioner in 'public interest' do not clarify as to which report is alleged to be the wrong report in relation to land no.1940 situated in village Raibigo, purwa gaon Murarpur, Tehsil Kadipur, Pargana Aldemau District Sultanpur. The previous writ petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the same afresh provided the cause survives. In the present case too, no document constituting the cause has been annexed to the writ petition thus, the successive attempts have failed to make out a cause.
