¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Anil Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the notice dated 6.10.2023 whereby petitioner is asked to remove his illegal construction raised by him.

¶3In the given facts and circumstances, it is provided that petitioner may submit his reply to the said notice dated

6.10.2023 within a period of ten days from today and Nagar Palika Parishad concerned shall pass an appropriate order on the said objections within a period of four weeks thereafter. Any action against the petitioner shall be subject to final orders passed by the respondent-Nagar Palika Parishad.
