Writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to reply the said notice within a period of two weeks from today. In case, any such reply is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by respondent no. 3-Zonal Adhikari/Nagar Abhiyanata Zone 2, Lucknow by passing speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. Any action against the petitioner shall be subject to final orders to be passed by respondent no. 3.
