¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Prashant, Advocate holding brief of Sri Nirankar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party No.1 and Sri Amarendra Pratap Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party No.2.

¶2Learned counsels appearing for the opposite parties have stated that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

¶3Attention has been drawn towards the affidavit of compliance dated 28.08.2023 filed on behalf of opposite party No.1 by Sri Nirankar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party No.1 and the affidavit of compliance dated 11.09.2023 filed by the learned Chief Standing Counsel-V on behalf of the opposite party No.2, wherein it has been categorically indicated that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with its its letter and spirit and the petitioner has been given benefit in terms of order of the Writ Court.

¶4Therefore, I am of the view that there is no purpose to keep this contempt petition pending any longer.

¶5Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.

¶6Notices, if any, stand discharged. Order on C.M. Application (IA) No.03 of 2023

¶7Since the final order has been passed in the contempt petition, therefore, there is no need to pass any order on this application for impleadment.
