The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to declare the result of the petitioner of advertisement number 01/2020 dated 21.02.2020 for the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Education/B.Ed. under E.W.S. Category and complete the selection and appointment process within stipulated time." The counsel for the respondents argued that the results of the candidates has already been declared and the appointments have been granted to the selected candidates, as such, no relief as prayed can be granted.
