¶1Heard Shri Onkar Pandey, learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel for the State-respondents, Shri Ashish Chaturvedi, learned Counsel for respondent no.4 and Shri Ravi Singh, learned Counsel for respondent no.5.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition.

¶3Even otherwise, widening of the road beyond the permissible limits for which there is no plan, relief may not be maintainable.
