¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel for the State-respondents and Shri Ashok Kumar Verma, learned Counsel for Pollution Control Board.

¶2This writ petition has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.3 to pass appropriate orders or to take decision on the application bearing File No.16356138 dated

19.05.2023 preferred by the petitioner for renewal of the authorization letter to carry out hospital services. A copy of application for renewal of authorization submitted online is contained in Annexue No.1 to the writ petition.

¶3Shri Ashok Kumar Verma, learned Counsel for the Pollution Control Board has submitted that there are certain conditions within which such an application is to be considered.

¶4Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we direct the Pollution Control Board to consider the pending application for grant of renewal of authorization, as has been prayed for therein, strictly in accordance with law.
