Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners claiming that they were appointed by the respondent no. 5, a private entity and continued to work on the post of 'Aayushman Mitra', however the State Government is taken a decision on 22.08.2023, whereby, it has been directed that the recruitment process shall be done through a new man-power recruitment agency. The counsel for the petitioner places reliance on the order dated 03.10.2023 whereby, this Court had granted limited indulgence of permitting the petitioners to continue till their contractual term comes to an end. In sum and substance, the claim of the petitioners is based upon their appointment by a private agency and they want extension of their services, which is not permissible in exercise of the writ jurisdiction as the term and condition of the contract of the petitioners is with a private agency, against whom, no writ lies.
