Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Prasoon Srivastava, Advocate, who has filed his vakalatnama Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that there is a total amount of Rs. 6,51,473/- due against the Bank as is mentioned in the notice dated 09.02.2023 under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act. He is ready and willing to pay the entire amount within a period of three months in three equal monthly installments. With the consent of the parties, let the entire amount be paid in three equal monthly installments within the aforesaid period. In case of any further interest due against the petitioner, the same shall be paid in the last installment. In case of failure to pay any of the installments, it shall be open for the Bank to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with the Rules. Writ petition stands disposed of. (Manish Kumar, J.)
