¶1Present petition has been filed with the following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite party no.2, for Scrutiny/re-evalution of the petitioner's Intermediate examination Roll No.2235869186 answer sheet and pass order for re-evaluation within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. ........"

¶2Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that request of the petitioner for scrutiny has already been concluded and in the scrutiny, nothing wrong was found with the marks awarded to the petitioner.
