¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents no.1 to 4 as well as Ms. Anupama Bhadauria holding brief of Sri Surya Prakash Singh, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.5.

¶2The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.04.2023, whereby the directions have been issued to the respondent no.5 to refix the pay of the petitioner on the grounds indicated in the order.

¶3The Counsel for the petitioner argues that the pay cannot be refixed after retirement, however, the fact remains that the respondent no.5 has yet not passed any order, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the respondent no.5 to hear the petitioner before passing any order in terms of the directions issued on 28.04.2023.
