The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming that the request for transfer is to be decided by the respondent, however, the same has not been decided so far. Considering the limited prayer made at the Bar, the present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a fresh application before the respondent no. 2, who shall consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the mandate of Rule 8(2)
