¶1This writ petition is directed against the judgment and order dated

22.09.2023 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow in Original Application No.332/00303/2023.

¶2The petitioner having been permitted to undergo LL.B., three years course and he having already undergone two years studies is left with a minimal period of less than one year for completion of the course.

¶3The judgment impugned here in this writ petition, on a careful consideration of the matter, does not require any interference under extraordinary powers vested by virtue of writ jurisdiction.

¶4In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, however, the impugned judgment and order dated 22.09.2023 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow in Original Application No.332/00303/2023 shall remain stayed till completion of the current academic session or completion of law examination for the year 2023-2024, whichever is earlier.

¶5With the aforesaid rider, the writ petition is disposed of.

¶6This order shall not be taken to be a precedent and has been passed in peculiar facts and circumstances of the case looking to the educational interest. The benefit of this order shall not be available for any extension on any ground whatsoever and the petitioner shall comply with his repatriation as soon as his examination or academic session, whichever earlier, is over.
