¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. who appears on behalf of the State Respondents.

¶2This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "(i) To issue a writ, order direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Party No.1 to 4 to passed the appropriate order upon the application 19.09.2023 for taking appropriate accused persons who threat action are against the extending the to victim for withdrawal of the case lodged by the petitioner at case crime No. 0470/2023, U/s-354, 354 (D), 506 I.P.C. 7/8 Pocso Act 2012 P/S Itiyathok District Gonda contained as Annexure No. 2 to this writ petition in the interest of justice."

¶3It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had initially lodged the F.I.R. on 11.09.2023, bearing Case Crime No. 0470 of 2023 at Police Sation-Itiyathok, District - Gonda against named accused persons under Sections 354, 354 (D), 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 7/8 of the POCSO Act. Now the petitioner is facing threats from the accused persons to withdraw/compromise the matter. The petitioner has made an application dated 19.09.2023 in this regard to the Director General of Police, U.P., which has also been addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Gonda, the Station House OfÏcer, Itiyathok, District-Gonda and also the Investigating OfÏcer concerned, a copy of which has been filed as annexure-02 to the petition.

¶4The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Gonda to look into the grievance of the petitioner as mentioned in her application dated 19.09.2023 and take appropriate steps as expeditiously as possible. A copy of the application dated
