¶3None appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this contempt petition nor any request for adjournment of the case has been sought, however, Sri Lalit Shukla, learned counsel for opposite party is present.

¶4Sri Lalit Shukla has stated that the order of Writ Court has been complied with. The affidavit of compliance has already been filed.

¶5Learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed any objection to such affidavit till date.

¶6Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
