¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.
¶2By means of order dated 21.09.2023, the Court found that the matter referred for arbitration. Accordingly, the Court had proposed the name of Shri Sharda Prasad Tiwari (Retd.), Additional District Judge, R/o-2/146A, Vishesh Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Mobile No. 9005117725 and sought his consent.
¶3As per office report dated 4.10.2023 consent has been received. Accordingly, in furtherance of order dated 21.09.2023 Shri Sharda Prasad Tiwari (Retd.), Additional District Judge, has been appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties in accordance with law.
¶4A copy of this order shall be communicated to the Arbitrator.
